Speaker Bio - Bob Zukis
Bob is the Founder and CEO of Digital Directors Network and a Professor at the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business. He is a retired PwC management consulting partner who led their IT strategy and operations practice. He was a member of PwC's global and APAC leadership teams. Bob sits on several advisory boards, advises PE and VC firms and has been an entrepreneur-in-residence and CEO/Director for enterprise collaboration SaaS company Bloomfire, Inc. He is an expert on the business impact of social technology and author of the book Social Inc. (2013, Kauffman Fellows Press). He wrote the book chapters IT and Cybersecurity Governance in a Digital World in The Handbook of Board Governance (2016 Wiley) and Controlling the Uncontrollable Social Media in Navigating Information Technology In The Boardroom (2018 RMA). Bob has lived and worked on 4 continents across 20 countries. He’s been quoted in CIO Magazine, Computer News, Info World, DM Review, CIO Update, The Financial Times, WSJ, Wired, Risk Professional, Computerworld and the Atlantic’s Quartz. He is a frequent speaker and author in the corporate boardroom community on digital governance. He is also a Senior Fellow at The Conference Board in its Governance Center and a member of the cyber advisory group. He is also a board member for the National Association of Corporate Directors Pacific Southwest chapter. Bob has an MBA from The University of Chicago, Booth School of Business and a BBA from Texas Tech University.
