"Women in Tech: Overcoming Obstacles & Unlocking Potential"

The presentation...

Anna Frazzetto, Chief Digital Technology Officer & SVP at Harvey Nash, will explore the findings of the Harvey Nash 2017 Women in Tech Survey. She will share why women turn to tech careers later than men; how formal support programs are successful but still lacking; the desire for work/life balance; and how despite clear rewards for careers in tech, challenges remain.

As Harvey Nash’s CDO and SVP of Global Technology Solutions, Anna Frazzetto has a global impact that few leaders can match when it comes to helping businesses expand their digital capabilities to address critical business challenges.  Throughout North America and the Asia-Pacific, Frazzetto works with organizations ranging from start-ups and growing multinationals to global industry leaders such as Hearst Publications, Omni Comm Group, WPP, MSNBC, Honda, Hitachi, Jeffries Investments, AllianceBerstein, and Clearwire Corporation.

Under her direction, an expansion of BPO business and project-based solutions in the APAC market has realized five consecutive years of 30% year-over-year growth; a growing client base; and significant contributions to the company's growth, profitability and worldwide revenue. Frazzetto’s unique global experience continues to enrich Harvey Nash’s expertise in IT and business workflows from diverse regions and cultures.

In addition to speaking worldwide on digital innovation, Frazzetto is a tireless advocate for workplace diversity and the advancement of women in technology. She currently serves as the National Chair of ARA, an organization aspiring to attract, retain and advance women in IT.
