Crisis Management in Today’s Environment
Are You Really Ready?
While some may view a crisis as a risk management exercise, a challenging situation can bring an opportunity to build a bond with both employees and customers and consumers. Today, failure to anticipate the operational, communications and people challenges that dominate the early stages of a crisis and can kill corporate reputations just as the response and mitigation efforts begin. The presentation will include current crisis management trends, objectives and best practices. Attendees will also participate in a short simulation to identify key aspects of assessing the immediate impacts and actions necessary to manage a crisis event in today’s fast paced, instantly global environment.
